We're proud to say that all of our ingredients are pesticide-free and fertilizer-free. They're carefully grown in our own farm at the foot of Mount Fuji, SATOYAMA VEGETABLE CORPORATION. We steam the ingredients, dry them mainly in the sun, and carefully package them for delivery to our customers. This makes it easy for you to prepare them and use them as preserved food in case of emergency.
We are always mindful of allergen-free, gluten-free, and cruelty-free products, and we plan to release a number of issues that are suitable for people with allergies and for vegans/vegetarians. We hope you will continue to read and enjoy Journal Foods!
